Refund & Return Policy
At The Summit Shop, each item is custom-made just for you! Because of our print-on-demand process, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items due to sizing issues, buyer’s remorse, or general dissatisfaction.
However, we will gladly replace or refund your item if:

Your item arrives damaged

There is a manufacturing defect

The item received is incorrect (wrong size/design)
If any of the above apply, please contact us at madamebuki@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include:

A description of the issue

A clear photo showing the problem
Once we review and confirm the issue, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a refund, depending on your preference.
